1. Order Cancellation by Customer
You can request to cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will fall under our Return Policy.
How to Cancel:

Contact us with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Refund for Prepaid Orders:

If your order is successfully canceled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Order Cancellation by Autodime
We reserve the right to cancel your order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

Product out of stock or discontinued

Pricing or technical errors

Payment verification failure

Incomplete or inaccurate shipping details

Suspected fraudulent activity
If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email, and any payment received will be refunded promptly.
3. Can I Cancel a COD Order?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can also be canceled before dispatch by emailing us. Please mention your Order ID in the request.
Note: Refusing to accept a COD order upon delivery without prior cancellation may result in the suspension of future COD service eligibility for your account.
4. Partial Cancellations
Partial cancellations (removing one or more items from a multi-item order) are possible only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Email our support team to check if partial cancellation is feasible.
