1. Overview

At Autodime.com, we take pride in delivering high-quality car accessories to your doorstep. While we aim for 100% customer satisfaction, returns and refunds are allowed only under specific conditions as mentioned below.


2. Return Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • You must record a full unboxing video starting from opening the sealed package to showcasing the item clearly.

  • The return/refund request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product should be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  • You must email us at [email protected] with:

    • Your Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Full unboxing video attached as proof

Note: We do not accept returns/refunds based on quality perception, color mismatch, or general dissatisfaction ("na pasand").


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following types of products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products without an unboxing video

  • Products used or installed

  • Products damaged due to user mishandling

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Clearance sale or marked "non-returnable" on the product page


4. Exchange Policy

  • Only select items are eligible for exchange, and only for size or fitting issues (e.g., seat covers, floor mats).

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange delivery timeframe: 7–12 business days after the return is received and verified.

  • Users must bear the cost of reverse shipping in case of exchange, unless the issue is due to a verified error from our side.


5. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

  • Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Standard Delivery Time: 3–7 business days depending on your location

  • Shipping Partners: Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Shiprocket, and others

  • Tracking: A tracking link will be provided via email/SMS upon dispatch


6. Refund Timeframe

Refunds are issued only if the return is approved based on the conditions above.

  • Refund Processing Timeframe: Within 3–5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

  • Refund Credit Timeframe: The refund will reflect in your original payment method within 5–7 business days after processing.

  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation from the user.

You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.


7. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Record a full video of the unboxing (must start before the seal is opened).

  2. Send an email to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Mention your Order ID, reason, and attach the video proof.

  4. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

  5. Once approved, we will guide you on the return shipping process.
